Managing Director
The visionary, entrepreneur and founding member of this family owned and operated business, Dave has a wide range of experience in all aspects of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation. Originally trained in industrial ammonia refrigeration with Stahl in Europe, Dave has applied his knowledge to a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across PSE’s 30+ year history.
Dave’s can do; pragmatic attitude is often the beginning of some of PSE’s biggest triumphs. His dedication to problem solving and putting the interests of the customer first helps build lasting and fruitful relationships with our clients.
Operations and Engineering Manager
Experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience across HVAC and previously manufacturing and environmental sectors. A registered practicing mechanical engineer and member of AIRAH, in-depth real-world experience on commercial and industrial Refrigeration and HVAC projects with demonstrated skills in estimation, planning, project management, execution and commissioning.
James seeks to apply the highest engineering standards to all aspects of PSE’s engineering applications, has verified experience in projects with 2D AutoCAD, 3D design in Solidworks and Revit.
Installations and Service Manager
Zack embodies the values of PSE every day and on every project large or small through his hard work ethic, never say-die attitude and great repaw with customers. With 15 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial sector, Zack has expertise in industrial ammonia, blast systems, cleanroom applications, air and hydronic balancing just to name a few.
With experience in running teams and projects, Zack is a natural born leader and extracts the best from our broader team. His experience across both installations, service and emergency breakdowns is invaluable in aiding the needs of our customers for every job big or small.
